Why would the BBB rating not account for Customer Reviews and the potential business responses in the assessment of the business? Are the experiences of other customers or potential customers not relevant to consumers researching a business as part due diligence?

Do You Think The BBB Rating Is Confusing? This Rating Appears To Be Completely Divorced From The Majority Of Customer Experiences. It seems odd that this would be the case for a 501(c)(6) non-profit organization that claims to focus on advancing marketplace trust.
