Employee Sentiment On Training Programs:

Training program needs improvement

First Flyer – Sales (Former Employee) – Mt. Laurel, NJ – August 22, 2022

Their sales program needs improvement and so does their sales floor. It’s one big giant competition and you’re competing against pros. It’s a job full of broken promises and unattainable goals.

Poor management

Management does not care about employees at all. Training within the company has taken a major hit the last couple years. Completely is currently riddled with multiple layoffs.

Inconsistent

Client Advocate (Current Employee) – Remote – May 12, 2022

Frequent layoffs
No clear sense of your role
Very poor training, if any at all.
No standard operating procedures or clear direction on what your job is.
Literally every day you clock in you don’t know what you’re going to get.
Pro- My manager is so awesome and they make working there tolerable.

Will promise a great job but dont be fooled

Mortgage Professional (Former Employee) – Jacksonville, FL – May 2, 2022

I was hired as a mortgage professional in late 2021. After completing training (5-6 weeks) base pay was cut by 20k and was essentially forced to sign a new employment agreement or leave the job. I put in request for PTO that i had accrued to go on a family vacation for 5 days. Two days before vacation i spoke with my team lead about new training and the outlook for the future when i returned from vacation was good as he said i was doing well at the position. The next day a higher up manager invited me to a zoom meeting where i was promptly fired for “production issues” in a call that lasted less than 3 minutes. Co-workers told me a couple weeks later they brought our entire division into a zoom meeting and let everyone go on April 11th. Turned out i was just an early casualty they didnt want to pay PTO. Be weary of this company if you’re looking for an inclusive work environment with job security and honest management.

Pros

Good starting pay

Cons

No job security or direction given
